Dispatch was run over calls and messages, leaving no live view of who was doing what. Operations needed one screen to assign, track, and resolve jobs in real time.
We designed a control-room style dashboard and a lightweight driver flow, connected by a realtime backend so status changes propagate instantly. Clear states and map context reduce the coordination overhead.
