Privacy Policy

Last updated: 31 July 2026

This policy explains what information Firmeza ("we", "us") collects when you use firmeza.in, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this deliberately plain.

Information we collect

We only collect what you choose to share with us:

  • Contact & enquiry details: your name, email address, phone number, company, and the project details you submit through our contact, partner, or newsletter forms.
  • Basic technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) generated automatically by our hosting provider for security and performance.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry, scope your project, and provide the services you ask about.
  • To send occasional updates only if you subscribe to our newsletter (you can unsubscribe anytime).
  • To keep the website secure and working reliably.

Cookies & local storage

We use a single browser local storage value to remember your light/dark theme preference. The site also loads Google Fonts and embeds a Google Calendar scheduler; these Google services may set their own cookies under Google's privacy terms.

Third parties we rely on

  • Hostinger: website hosting.
  • Google Workspace: receiving and replying to your form submissions by email.
  • Google Calendar: booking discovery calls.

Form submissions are delivered to our own inbox and are not shared beyond the team handling your request.

Data retention

We keep enquiry and client information only as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal or accounting obligations, then delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. Just email us and we'll action it promptly.
